• Our Helios instrument is a 3rd generation CyTOF system (135 detection channels capacity – current availability of metal tags allows simultaneous detection of 40-50 ,markers, which is expected to increase, with minimal detection overlap).

• Certified operators to provide full support in all aspects of a mass cytometry experiment (Experiment Design, Acquisition and Analysis.

• Laboratory for custom metal conjugation (under construction).

​

• Support for the use of conventional flow cytometry for antibody-marker/protocol validation if necessary.

​

• Service provided for users/research groups from BRFAA and other sites in Greece (such as hospitals, universities, research centers and companies) as well users from abroad.
